Headaches are irritating. Not only can they be incredibly painful, but they are going to completely throw your day into disarray. That is why you need a couple of nifty little tricks for eliminating that pain quickly and easily. Thankfully, we have you covered!
The simple trick here is known as ‘utilizing pressure points’. You won’t need to load up on painkillers, sleep, or water. You just need to press a couple of ‘key locations’ on your body. All it takes is a single touch and the pain of your headache will disappear. There are six pressure points on your body which can be used to eradicate the pain of a headache:
- The sides of your spine at the base of your skull.
- The webbing found between your fingers.
- Between the big toe and the second toe.
- Just behind the bone in your shin.
- At the top of your nose, just to the side of the eyebrow.
- The temples.
